SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high quality administrative support to the management team, accounting and internal operations, special projects and assignments. Perform a variety of administrative tasks including be responsible of the reception and greet customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the management team.
•... Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records as needed.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
• Perform various administrative tasks and provide support to the management team as required.
• Supports the quoting process for potential and actual clients.
• Assist the management team in the preparation of reports and/or proposals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, office administration or equivalent in education and experience; Bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
