Job Overview :

We’re seeking a highly motivated and creative PR and Communications Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of PR, content and communications.

You’ll work closely with our experienced media team, learn valuable skills, and contribute to exciting projects that will enhance your career in PR.

This is a paid internship where you will be paid an hourly rate.

Commitment :

We are seeking an intern to work a minimum of 2 days per week (7.5 hours per day).

Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in the development and execution... of PR strategies and campaigns for clients.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports to track the success of PR efforts.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant media outlets.
• Draft and edit press releases, articles, and other written materials.
• Assist in the management of social media accounts for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to client challenges.
• Collaborate with the team on various PR and communications projects.

Qualifications :
• Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Excellent research and organisational abilities.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of basic PR principles and media landscape is a plus.
