Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the Annual Performance Media Plan. Creating the ecommerce full funnel
strategy. Ensure Performance Media plan execution overachieving the targets,
aligning internal team, performance agency, Marketplaces and Sellers.
Manage the execution of performance campaigns in the marketplaces. Amazon Ads,
Mercado Ads and other marketplaces. Responsible for Media budget management.
Planning, execution and tracking. Co-create with Digital Marketing Manager the
Digital Ecommerce integrated media plan to activate along consumer journey.
Including not only marketplaces ads but social media... and other external traffic
campaigns as well.
Support the content team for the right improvements toward the perfect page to
deliver outstanding shopper experience. Work with Go to Market and Marketing teams
to build shopper campaigns, cross sales, etc.
Lead online category prioritization and collaborate with marketing to improve ecom
portfolio. Lead performance weekly meetings with the agency and Marketplaces
teams to monitor the campaigns, asking for optimizations to ensure achieving the
main KPIs if needed. Lead Performance Business Review meetings with Internal
teams, Agency, Marketplaces and Top sellers to align performance strategy and
execution.
Identify risks/opportunities by category and business and bring the proposals to
solve or take the opportunities. Lead performance reports and presentations to the
executive team. Core Competencies & Accomplishments : 5+ years' experience in
Ecommerce Performance Experience.
Managing Amazon ads and Mercado Ads in its last position. Must have a deep
understanding of Amazon ads and Mercado ads. Hands on experience.
Solid ecommerce business acumen. Strategic and Critical thinking skills Strong
influencer and communicator; creative problem solver. Solid merchandising skills /
knowledge.
Strong leadership but hands on when needed. Ability to build trust and drive
