Job Description Summary
Partner with business leadership to manage branding, product and/or services promotion, and partner with the business to provide functional expertise. Participate in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Drive customer communications program success in the areas of marketing communications, digital communications & events management. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the company’s strategic marketing and commercial plans in line with business goals and objectives.
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive... sales growth, market share, and brand awareness.
• Lead the execution of pricing strategies to optimize revenue and margins while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage the commercial operations function, including order forecast, channel management team to ensure customer needs are met and the company's growth objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and other stakeholders to identify new opportunities for the company's products.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities, and provide insights to senior management on market opportunities and threats.
• Develop and manage marketing and commercial budgets, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic marketing and commercial operations within the medical device industry.
• Experience working in Thailand is essential.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and commercial strategies that drove growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
