Purpose:

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of ERP primarily responsible for the support of the FinOps & CE Modules, both during the build, implementation and integration into BAU.

This position will be integral to the organization’s successful transition and adaptation to the new platform, the effective use and functioning of the system after implementation and transition, and the refinement and improvement of the platform after implementation. Also ensuring administrative aspects/User access rights and roles/responsibilities of the users in the system are managed clearly for audit purposes and has been backed up with necessary approvals.

Responsibilities:Set-up and maintain users in the Dynamics environment

Provide advice and assistance to users to resolve basic queries and ensure the applications capabilities are well understood.

Resolve complex queries by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to... others.

Provide fault isolation and resolution to limit and address issues promptly

Manage the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the D365 Financial ModulesFind the most effective ways to respond to routine functional enquiries.

Involves following procedures and precedents.

Working with all leads on the build and administration of Dynamics in preparation for integration and go-liveCoordinate and facilitate policies and procedures around the development of the system

Experience

4+ years working in IT

Experience in implementing an ERP

Technically competent in SharePoint, Visio (or similar) and Project.

Intermediate competency in Microsoft Excel
