Roles & Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored.
• Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
•... Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT systems administration

Desired Skills
• Knowledge of Grandstream SIP server and Asterix would be a plus.
• Technical Background with knowledge of Firewall and LoadBalancer.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Email management skills.
• Open to work in night shifts.
