Belmond is seeking an Office Manager & Human Resources Support to work in Belmond’s Trains & Cruises Central Office, London.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, organisational and administrative skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the Central Office, you will also... provide support to the Human Resources department.

About the role

Are you discreet, trustworthy and calm under pressure? Then you could be our perfect Office Manager & Human Resources Support.
In this role, you are required to manage the day-to-day running of the Trains & Cruises Central Office, making sure it is in excellent condition and that all amenities, facilities and processes are delivered to a high standard.
Acting as a central point of contact for any office-related queries, you will look after meeting room preparation, catering, receiving and delivery of goods and health & safety compliance.
You will also provide support function to the Human Resources department, assisting with onboarding / offboarding, administration, recruitment coordination, welfare initiatives and any other ad hoc projects.
We are looking for someone with excellent time-management, customer service and interpersonal skills who ideally has 2-4 years’ relevant experience within the luxury hospitality industry.
Someone who will also embrace and deliver the Vision of Belmond and strive towards Belmond’s brand strategy of being the number one luxury travel experience in the world.

Requirements
• 2 4 years relevant experience within a similar role.
• Previous experience in a similar role advantageous.
• Exposure to Human Resources administration or CIPD qualification - advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative.
• Exceptional communication, organisational & administrative skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions & work independently when required.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• A high level of professionalism and confidentiality / discretion.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Confident and presentable.
• Ability to use initiative and be proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure.
