The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the overall digital marketing efforts (including Social Media) for our linear channels and platforms.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated, innovative, high-impact and sales-driving digital marketing strategy for Portugal.
Aligning with and supporting broader marketing and PR activity and initiatives, the Digital Marketing Manager will work with both internal and external partners to deliver a year-round campaign, which fully exploits the potential of the digital space, including paid-media, promotional activity, social media, CRM and emerging technologies.
This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and create alongside the marketing team across all our core brands.
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation of Digital Marketing strategies and projects, working in close partnership with external... consultant, agencies and internal partners to ensure targets (including but not limited to data collection, sales and awareness targets) and objectives are met;
• Plan and own the digital work process, establishing good working relationships with internal stakeholders/LOBs and lead digital agencies to support programs, campaigns and community management;
• Develop cohesive strategies for all Social Media activity to ensure all business fully exploit the potential value of this media;
• Stay abreast of social media platform functionality and trends to better inform content creation and strategies;
• Continually appraise and revise Social media strategy to keep all activity fresh, relevant, brand enhancing and engaging;
• Manage and oversee the content for multiple profiles within Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok along with emerging social platforms based on the overall digital strategies and tactics with social media agencies;
• Work closely with the legal, ad sales and marketing team in order to design and implement multichannel digital strategies focused on owned online channels (Social Media, CRM, Websites) and commercial partnerships;
• Measure and report performance of most digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
• Identify trends and insight, optimizing spend and performance based on insights, collaborating with international digital teams around the world;

EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE:
• Proven multichannel marketing expertise with a heavy emphasis on online and ideally direct to consumer marketing
• Experience in managing the relationship with digital media buying agencies and external vendors
• Strong working knowledge of social media, digital ad inventory and mobile behaviors/opportunities
• Strong will to challenge the current and unlock digital trends and where to be/test
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
• Solid understanding of funnels, audience segmentation, creative best practices and marketing briefs
• Knowledge and experience with social measurement and sentiment tools (both native and third party) as well as the ability to synthesize this data into meaningful results
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams
• Highly collaborative sensibility, with ability to be open minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their own idea
• Proactive, solutionfinder, detailorientated
• Team player with communication skills and selfmotivated with a positive attitude
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience, with handson experience in digital creation platforms or campaigns and direct marketing programs
• Manager experience leading at least direct reports
• Worked at either a studio, network, or agency environment with an extensive knowledge of the layers and processes behind digital marketing and social media
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:
• Bachelor's degree. Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
