Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration:

A project architect must collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure that the design and construction of the project are coordinated effectively.

Design Development:
A project architect is responsible for developing the project design, including sketches, plans, and 3D models. They must review and approve design documents and... make design modifications as needed.

Construction Administration:

A project architect is responsible for administering the construction process, including site visits, responding to RFI's, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with contractors.

Quality Control:

A project architect is responsible for ensuring that the project meets the quality standards set by the design team and the client.
They must review and approve work completed by the design team and contractors.

Documentation:

A project architect should document project decisions, processes, and design assets so that they can be used and understood by other team members.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience using Rhino or Rabbit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong design and technical skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to travel if required
