Mascot Brewery is looking for managers to join the team as we expand

Role includes the following skills and responsibilities
• Responsible for service team, ensuring steps of service are followed
• Ability to coach and develop staff to the level of service we are looking for
• Handle guest feedback during your shift, addressing any issues in the moment
• Work well with your kitchen manager communicating regarding out of stock items, guest feedback and anything that needs to be communicated from the BOH to FOH
• Assist in managing costs, keeping labour below our target weekly
• Must be able to communicate clearly in weekly meetings regarding any issues and providing solutions for them
• Assist in managing beverage inventory, including weekly inventory and ordering
• Manage reservation system
• Monitor cleanliness of the restaurant as well as any maintenance concerns
• Expected to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Beer knowledge an asset
Job Type: Full-time

Salary... $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
