Job Summary : The Product and Trade Marketing Manager focuses on the marketing of specific products or product lines, with a particular emphasis on trade marketing activities such as promotions, merchandising, and sales tools. S/he will work closely with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue and increase product demand, especially within key accounts. S/he will also analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and execute sales plans that drive revenue and increase market share.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies that increase product demand and revenue for key clients.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and areas for growth within key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product... development, and creative services, to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches that support key accounts.
• Manage the development and execution of trade marketing programs that support sales efforts within key accounts, including promotions, merchandising, and sales tools.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and project plans for all marketing initiatives within key accounts.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns within key accounts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors within key accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that can enhance marketing efforts within key accounts.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education: College graduate with credited units for any of the following courses: Marketing, Business Management, Economics; with good academic standing.

Experience: Work Experience in Marketing Services and/or Accounts Servicing in Agency is an advantage;
