Purpose Of The Job

This role plays a pivotal part in the accounting team, encompassing essential tasks such as journal entry preparation, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers, account reconciliations, and active involvement in monthly closings and account analysis.

Your Core Tasks Will Include
• Calculating and preparing journal entries.
• Carrying out general ledger operations.
• Actively participating in monthly closings and contributing to the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Processing revaluations.
• Providing support for reporting to HFM.
• Crafting monthly financial reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of account analyses as requested.
• Aiding in year-end closings.
• Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Regularly reconciling and maintaining Balance Sheet accounts.
• Ensuring timely processing of accounting transactions.
• Ensuring prompt execution of manual entries.
• Monitoring accruals.
• Efficiently performing Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Offering proactive input for new ideas.
• Supporting standardization initiatives.
• Adhering to SOPs provided by the BPOs.

This Role Is For You If You Possess

A college degree in accounting or finance.
• The advantage of being a Certified Public Accountant.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience handling multiple legal entities under diverse legal frameworks.
• Solid ERP (SAP) accounting experience, a must.
• Experience with consolidation tools (HFM), required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
