Description and Requirements

Main goal:

Support to the Government team in all administrative and... operational processes of commercial management.

Main responsibilities:

Entry of files in the Framework Agreement to the Peru Purchasing system, Excel and pdf.

Make competition analysis of files in Framework Agreement other brands Vs Lenovo

Prepare lists of the Excel Framework Agreement.

Put together the Excel of the files to load in the tool, PERU PURCHASES – LENOVO

Backbid load

Responsible for tracking the escalation of PSD and ETAs of orders

Make customs clearance letters.

Review the annual State purchase plan.

Improve the database of Peru Compra, with all purchases 2020

Update the customer database.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Administration and/or related careers.

Ideal to have previous experience in similar positions and/or functions.

Intermediate English

Learning capacity / adaptability

High level of organization and planning

accountability

Fluid communication

Teamwork and relationship skills
