What you'll do:
• Support our leads on the delivery of complex projects, ensuring outcomes align with budget and deadlines.
• Oversee code review, release management, set and practice standards for high-performing and scalable deliverables.
• Empower team members by nurturing their technical prowess and industry knowledge.
• Craft creative solutions to tackle undefined problems and contribute to the development of software that makes a difference.

What we're looking for:

At least 3 years experience in software development, with proficiency in NodeJS, MongoDB, CI/CD.

Ability to inspire and guide a team of talented software engineers.

Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and an eagerness to learn.

Bonus points:
• Experience building integrations
• Experience with React and Redux.
• Experience with React Native
• Experience in DevOps and/or GCP.
