We are currently looking for a SR. Design Engineer to join our team in Istanbul Head Office.

Responsibilities:
• Design of equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, crystallizers and storage tanks according to related international codes (ASME, EN, API, AD 2000, PED 2014/68/EU etc.) using software such as PV Elite, Codeware Compress, AMETank, Visual Vessel Design etc.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of... engineering drawings and calculations.
• To provide guidance and management of the design department in process.
• Determining material requirements per codes and project specifications
• Providing effective communication with the team at the Head Office / Factory during the execution of each project.
• Communicating with the customer and third parties during the design, procurement and manufacturing phases of the project, if necessary.
• Coordination and resolution of engineering issues within the project
• Keeping up with code and project revisions

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related fields such as Mechatronics Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in related fields
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and oral.
• General computer proficiency and very good knowledge of the programs such as Auto Cad and MS Office are required.
• Ready to be a team player and work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to manage time, pay attention to details and work under pressure with high concentration during the design process.
• Result oriented in problem analysis and solving.
• Strong communication and social skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in related fields
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor.
• Proficient in FEA using ANSYS.
• Experienced in design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers according to ASME, TEMA and EN / AD2000 standards
• Fluent in another language
