• Discussion with Potential Customer before & after the Diet camps w.r.t. to customers expectation from camp
• Regular Camp at Potential Customer and execution of promotion of Brand
• Take Performance feedback to create highly satisfied customers
• Should focus on Continues addition of patients to Customers through Diet plan and create loyal customers month after month
• TBM & FLM have to make sure retail availability on the day of the camp to ensure every prescription is honored

Dietian Camps:
• Each Dietitians should do 45-48 camps at the clinic
• Do awareness camps and RTM on NUTRITION
• Do growth monitoring using the growth chart and discuss the nutritional and growth status with the parent and provide dietary advice
• Minimum 25% patients should be given Rx for our products during the camp
• Collect the Patient data and incorporate in the system
• During the Camp, make sure sufficient stocks at nearest Retailers
• Track of the products movement after the Camp
• Should focus on... adherence in using the supplement by the customer through regular follow- up
• Doctor interaction before & after the camp

Field work:
• JWF work with TBMs & RBM whenever Camps are not fixed for the day
• Assist TBM for Product discussion with KOLs
• Cover Minimum 20 KOLs per month
• Helping TBMs / RBMs for Dr. conversions
• On Field Product Training to new TBMs / RBMs
