Accountabilities Credit Risk Management Secretary to the Country Credit Committee meetings ensuring relevant discussion on core KPIs DSO, OD and Bad Debts. Participate in supporting global, regional, and ad-hoc projects as required for Country/Cluster CM. Drive all key activities related to Credit Management including Credit Vetting, Debt Collection and Recovery and Cash Application and Allocation... The position will have prime responsibility for partnering with and providing advice to internal commercial and Finance stakeholders, as well as external counterparties where applicable. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of credit risk according to policy and direction from credit committees. Drive operational excellence in credit management by further integrating and optimising the costs of CBC (Credit Business Centers)/COC (Credit Operations Centers) central team activities Seek further migration of Credit Assessment activities to COC. Deliver Credit KPIs as a minimum within area of responsibility. Support Credit Manager in operationalizing Credit Policy locally with the businesses to ensure support in respect of all risk management. Visit customers, support and use opportunity to educate on topics of working capital management with the sales team. Administer Customer Care Identify and respond to trends of and changes in customer behavior. Responsible for Customer workflows/complaint resolution Credit MI Prepare and support Credit MI pre-reads and pack for stakeholders, as and when required, Analysis of quantitative and qualitive data. Compliance Comply with Group requirements, Downstream Credit Manual, Functional & Business MoA and control procedures including record management. Provide input to internal and external compliance. Dimensions: Total Receivables: ~PKR 4BN Total Customers: 3,500 Skills & Requirements: Experience and Qualifications required Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or any other related degree. Requires strong levels of leadership, maximising commercial opportunities whilst taking acceptable credit risks Skill to assess industry, and external market risks and be able to support sales/business with appropriate response (currency crisis, debt crisis, etc.). Ability to provide a more innovative and practical financing solution to help Shell manage credit risk, working capital, and support business to grow profitably with excellent knowledge of the market, competitors, and local banking infrastructure. Possess strategic thought processes to be able to design and implement IPP Credit initiatives including digitalization and growth strategies, which involve internal/external stakeholders. Proven record of experience in complex data analysis, financial analysis etc. Negotiation Skill - Internal / External Customers Ability to work independently and as a team Have excellent communication skills - Other Participate in Audits as directed by Cluster/Country CM Initiate and plan Improvement projects for the OU.
