Responsibilities

As a Project Portofolio Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and administration of the Digital & Transformation Office projects portofolio in terms of budget and communication, playing a key role in the relationship with transformation managers and Digital Tranformation Office Paris team.

What you will do:
• In charge to organize and animate the regular meetings to provide the progress of the overall CTB activity;
• In charge of the budgeting process: yearly construction, continuous monitoring of execution, planning and forecast at project and team member level;
• Validate and consolidate new projects commitments following the domains rules;
• Collaboration with the Digital Tranformation Office Paris teams in order to consolidate the budget information (figures coming from IT team, Digital Transformation Office team, etc.);
• Contribute to budget forecasts for next year;
• Work with Transformation and Data Management managers to develop, refine and... maintain accurate workload allocations;
• Follow up invoicing of projects.
Profile required
• Experience in banking environment;
• Use of Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Teams, Excel);
• Advanced level for English, French is a plus;
• Very good coordination skills, ability to build and maintain stakeholders relationship on all levels - from team members to middle and senior management within the Group;
• Very good presentation skills;
• Oriented to create and maintain a good team spirit;
• Motivated by challenges with a good sense of creativity and innovation.
