Advanced Business Management Qualification
PMP Certification or equivalent
Minimum of - 4 years working experience in Facility Management - medical industry is essential
Clinical Engineering background or experience

Experience in Process mapping and process improvement
Developing improvement projects to elevate company profile both technically and professionally
Liaise with all external project managers and teams to achieve world class outcomes
Develop a strategy and operational model to maintain all facilities on a national level including building maintenance, 3rd Party medical devices, 3rd party facility equipment including securing contracts with 3rd party suppliers
Ensuring daily activities undertaken on the project are accordance with the approved project plans
Ensuring the project produces the required deliverables on time and within budgeted cost and to the level of quality outlined
Documenting the detailed project plan
Ensuring that all required resources are assigned to the... project
Managing assigned resources according to the defined scope of work, technical, IT, constructors, architects
Implementing the project process (time / cost / quality / risks / procurement /communication)
Monitoring and reporting project performance (schedule/ cost/ variations and risks)
Ensuring compliance with the processes and standards as per Architectural guidelines
Adjusting the project plan to monitor and control the progress of the project
Reporting and escalating project risks and issues to the relevant stake holders
