Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to finalize on design for their project Be creative with project designs Take requests from workers on each site every day Make sure the workers follow the design for each project as per the 2d designManaging parts of construction projects.Overseeing construction work.Undertaking surveys.Setting out sites.Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and ensuring that they are followed correctly.Supervising contracted staff.Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and/or timescales.Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects, and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.Preparing site reports and logging progress.Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of BSc in engineeringMinimum of 1-3 years... of proven work experienceExcellent interpersonal and people skills
Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity toolsKnowledge of project management

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
