We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our growing data team at our digital marketing/adtech company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding our business needs, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to drive data-driven decision-making. In addition to traditional business analyst skills, you should have a background in statistics, data analysis, visualization, and ideally, experience in translating business needs into data solutions.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and/or automation.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics to track business performance and support decision-making processes.
• Create and develop existing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex data findings in a clear and... concise manner.
• Apply statistical analysis techniques to uncover correlations, insights, and predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data-driven strategies to improve business outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and machine learning.

Essential Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital marketing/adtech or related industry.
• High intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements
• Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of R or Python for Data Analysis/Visualization
