Responsibilities:
● Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
● Provide product information, answer questions, and offer styling advice.
● Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
● Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
● Assist in visual merchandising and restocking of products.
● Actively involved in the receiving of new stock.
● Contribute to a positive team environment and help achieve sales goals.
● Uphold elevated levels of customer satisfaction in line with the company's
mission and customer service criteria.
● Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, finding resolutions
that... uphold the company's reputation for exceptional service.
● Manage point-of-sale processes
● Keep up to date with product information

Requirements:
● Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
● Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
● Previous retail experience is a plus.
● Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and over the festive season.
● Have the ability to promote sales and overall profitability goals.
● Strong problem-solving abilities.
● Basic administration skills
● Strong PC-skills, MS-office Knowledge, and Gmail.
