They are a highly respected company with a great reputation and have a large multicultural workforce. We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer Operation (Sanitation Plant) to join their team in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Preventive Maintenance • Develop and follow up on a standard preventive maintenance procedure for the facility instrument system and ensure its implementation by the maintenance contractor to minimize unscheduled breakdown of plant and equipment. Operations • Assume responsibility for the operation of Sanitation Plant service by collection and transmission through of waste water using pumps, force-mains and gravity sewers ensuring all operational and customer requirements are met in compliance with public health... and environmental guidelines. Performance Measurement • Monitor the performance of the Sanitation Plant against operational parameters by establishing KPIs and control the performance of the network section in order to support achievement of Waste Water Department objectives Contingency Plans • Prepare strategies and operation procedures for application during sanitation plant shut down / emergencies Third Party Supervision • Provide supervision and monitor the performance of third parties to ensure adherence to all operational procedures and work is carried out in a timely manner in line with required quality and safety precautions.
