Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and engaging content. Your creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills will play a key role in bringing our brand's vision to life through compelling videos through storytelling.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and develop creative concepts for video production.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, casting, location scouting, and scheduling.
• Ensure production timelines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and budgets are adhered to.
• Oversee the editing... process, providing creative input and ensuring the final video aligns with the brand's tone, style, and messaging.
• Stay updated on the industry trends and best practices in video production techniques, equipment, and software, and propose innovative ideas to enhance video quality and storytelling.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure videos are of high standards and meet the intended objectives.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Video Producer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills and creative vision.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Capcut) and other relevant tools for post-production.
• Excellent knowledge of videography techniques, lighting, audio recording, and equipment.
• Exceptional creativity and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film Production, Communication is preferred.
