Responsibilities:

Manage advertising campaigns across social media, unique content, email marketing, and other channels.

Lead and manage the marketing team:

Provide guidance and direction to team members to achieve defined objectives.

Motivate and develop skills and capabilities of team members.

Delegate tasks and organize daily work to ensure effective implementation of plans.

Analyze data and provide reports:

Analyze data and reports related to marketing campaigns, providing measurable and actionable insights.

Propose improvements and strategic adjustments based on data and achieved results.

Build relationships and communication:

Proven work experience in digital marketing and team management for 3 years.

Extensive knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and platforms in digital marketing.
