Financial Consolidation- HFM & FCCS

Experience: 10 years

Job Description, Qualification, and Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in the implementation of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS)
• 8+ successful end to end implementations in HFM and FCCS
• Excellent Functional knowledge of Financial Consolidation and close process
• Lead the overall project, solution design & design validation, and guide the project team.
• Lead the business requirement gathering sessions, Solution Demonstration, User Training, and Testing.
• Create project documents like BRD, SDD, Test Scripts, and Manuals
• Strong in the technical capabilities of HFM and FCCS
• Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HFM and FCCS with EPM/Hyperion and other
• source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
• CA or MBA Finance by qualification
• Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to... articulate the business and
• technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
• Confident and assertive
• Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries.
• Prior onsite project experience in the GCC region would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management,
• Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be added advantage
