Conceptualize and execute creative and visually appealing photos and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Plan and organize photoshoots and video shoots, including selecting locations, arranging props, and coordinating with talent or subjects.
• Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure high-quality, consistent, and polished final products.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver visual content that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography, and incorporate innovative ideas into our visual content.
• Manage and organize the digital media library, ensuring all assets are appropriately tagged and accessible.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver content within specified deadlines.
•... Assist in developing storyboards and scripts for video projects, as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly.

Job requirements:
• Proven experience as a professional Photographer and Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photography styles and video projects.
• Proficiency in using DSLR and mirrorless cameras, along with knowledge of various lenses and lighting equipment.
• Solid understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or other similar applications.
• Familiarity with photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for retouching and post-processing.
• Ability to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to life through visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring visual content is of the highest quality and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content creation and engagement.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and lighting to create visually impactful images and videos.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in different environments and handle challenging shooting conditions.
• A degree or diploma in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Additional skills in graphic design, animation, or motion graphics would be an advantage.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
