Skills Looking For
• Commision new buildings, construction, green field, ground field sites; Building new facilities or making modifications to existing facilities.
• Primary focus of this person is to complete the commissioning and provide oversight to commissioning activities related to the facility, utility, and equipment associated with those facility areas.
• Strong background in HVAC.
• Strong Mechanical background in terms of piping, and control circuits.
• Experience with commercial and/or industrial refrigeration/HVAC, lighting,

and utility systems; large boilers, chillers.
• Industry certifications required from Certified Commissioning Provider ASHRAE, BCA, ACG, or NEBB.
• Participating in design reviews.
• Building monitoring systems, Control units system experience.
• Have some project management skills and experience in this field.

Education And Experience
• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical or Electrical background) with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of commissioning experience.
• Associate's (A.S. or A.A.) from junior college or other collegiate institution with 7 to 10 years of related experience.

Top Skills
• Certification: BCA, ACG, NEBB, or ASHRAE.
• Some Project management experience
• Strong communication skills
