You will be part of Ramboll's Finance department within the Support Organisation
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial activities within the organization. You will be in charge of overseeing financial reporting, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting... standards and regulations. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/SFRS and other relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee and manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for business improvement
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Prepare and submit all required tax filings and ensure compliance with all tax laws
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, consultants, and auditors
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field CPA or other relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of FRS and other relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software applications
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
