All about the role:
Electrolux Group Digital Product Organization (DPO) is looking to strengthen its international team committed to enabling Cybersecurity and... Privacy for the Group’s growing portfolio of Digital Products. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Architect in the Digital Platform and/or Digital Experience domains, who formulates and communicates adequate best practices for cybersecurity and privacy protection and determines cybersecurity requirements for the Electrolux Digital Platform and/or Experience (comprising of IoT Cloud and Backend, Mobile Apps, Voice interaction, and Connected Appliance firmware and electronics) to support the Group strategy for Digital Products. You will ensure that systems are working at optimal levels and support development of new technologies and systems, which includes adequate cybersecurity and privacy management of the Digital Products. It is a global, strategic role, with the goal of technical competitive advantage of Electrolux connected products, services and systems.

What you’ll do:

· Formulates and assures application of cybersecurity and privacy guardrails and best practices in software development within Digital Engineering; this may include, among others, Cloud computing platforms, Mobile Apps and Frameworks, Development pipelines, Monitoring systems, Backend services, Consumer Identity Management, Authentication and Authorization, API interactions, Data engineering, AI applications and Connected Appliance Networking and Firmware.

· Engages with the different Digital Products teams within the Scaled Agile methodology framework;

· Facilitates proper decision making by participating at Architecture Boards and Community of Practice function processes.

· Carries out cybersecurity-review processes through collaboration with Peer Architects, proposes architecture for new systems and solutions working together with other Architects, Engineers and Developers.

· Identifies and communicates current and emerging Cybersecurity threats and Cybersecurity and Privacy gaps in existing and proposed architectures, recommends remedies or enhancements, drives Digital Product cybersecurity by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards policies, and procedures, including testing; conducts incident response analyses; develops and conducts Cybersecurity training programs.

· Maintains awareness of cybersecurity trends and novel solutions in the IoT, Cloud, Network and Mobile technology domains. Identifies technical debt and proactively recommends alternatives or improvements to enhance Digital Product cybersecurity and privacy.

· Represents Electrolux in relevant IoT standardization bodies where appropriate and ensures interoperability and compliance of Electrolux connectivity solutions.

· Helps build and maintain internal- and external stakeholder networks (e.g. with CISO, DPO, suppliers, partners, universities) in the area of Cybersecurity and Privacy.

Experience and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, or related. Master's Degree (or PhD) is a plus.

· Must have good understanding of cybersecurity principles, of network and IoT systems architecture and of common operating systems.

· Expertise and/or experience in advanced cybersecurity and privacy topics in some of: mobile operating systems and applications; IoT and networked systems; Cloud computing platforms and cloud API design; Threat modelling, security testing and incident response procedure; is desirable.

· Knowledge of Cryptographic algorithms and secure protocols; Secure development lifecycle; Single Sign-On (SSO) principles; Authentication & Authorization principles including OpenID/OAuth2 protocols is helpful.

· Experience from applying cybersecurity to software development within a complex international organization is highly desirable.

· Solid English, spoken and written, is mandatory for this role; knowledge of Italian or Swedish is a plus.

You will be based in Prague, Czech Republic, in a modern office setting, within the Electrolux Group Digital Product Organization (DPO), more specifically within its Digital Architecture and Cybersecurity (DACS) enabling function, and report directly to its Head.
