Responsibilities of Senior Associate:
- Building financial models
- Performing company valuations
- Performing... transaction due diligence
- Deal Structuring and other transaction-related matters
- Analysing growth and operational improvement initiatives for portfolio companies
- Developing and executing value creation plan for portfolio companies
- Preparing investment memos
