Home Property Claims Handler – Starting salary between £21,700 to £23,500 (depending on hours, skills, and experience) plus additional benefits

Start date - Monday 10th July

Working Hours: Shift patterns covering the hours of 8am-9pm Monday to Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. Our current rotation is one late shift every 2nd week and 1 weekend day every 3rd weekend. Average of 35 hours p/week over 5 days. You will be required to be flexible with these hours as shifts for this role are on a rota basis. We are also open on Bank Holidays

A bit about the job:

We have exciting opportunities for Claims Handlers to join us in our offices based in Pitheavlis, Perth.

Our Claims Handlers handle insurance claims with the maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, in an attractive environment. Don’t worry if this is something new for you, full training will be provided. Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers’ needs

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

The ability to listen and reason empathetically

Flexible attitude towards change

Good level of IT skills to navigate systems

Starting salary between £21,700 and £23,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
