Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for project planning and preparation of technical submission such as method statement, working program and related project document required
• Project management, attend site meetings and site work supervision
• Preparation of tender documents, drawings and technical specification
• Liaise with main-contractor, consultant, architect and other parties on technical matters and site progress
• Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work equality

Requirements:
• Holder of Higher Diploma or above Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• 5 years or above relevant experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Service field
• Experience in MTR or other metro projects is advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
