About The Role

This permanent hire is arising on the back of new business and organic growth within the department. This team is a highly skilled and dependable outsource option for Investment Managers in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring they conform to the latest accounting guidance.

Very much client centric, your role will be to manage the client relationship and be their primary escalation point, and oversee a team who complete the oversight and review of regulatory and statutory returns... Much of the heavy lifting is completed offshore.

As one would expect, the day-to-day focus is on financial reporting returns under IFRS, FRS102, US GAAP, UK SORP amongst others, and Central Bank of Ireland regulatory reporting returns. You will control workflows for audit engagements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Legal & Compliance, internal & external auditors.

About You

You will have a client focused outlook, comfortable in dealing with C suite executives, and building and managing relationships. At the same time, you will be able to manage a busy and diverse workload. You will have similar, relevant experience from an Asset Manager, Administrator, or Audit firm with in-depth knowledge of the audit function. You will be proficient in multiple jurisdictional reporting standards and ideally have a good understanding of complex financial instruments and fund structures.
