We are seeking to recruit a Business Support Administrator for a hybrid working role based in Ealing. The main responsibilities in this role will be:-Responding to email queries.
• Processing invoices.
• Ordering stock/stationery and keeping inventory.
• Administering of health and safety logs, arranging PAT testing of appliances.
• Front of house duties upon occasion.
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages and forwarding to departments/individuals. Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday hydrid (3 days working in office, 2 from home). We are seeking candidates who possess strong administrative and communication skills. This is a permanent role
