Job Description

Job brief:-
• Maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude are necessary skills in this role.
• Able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
• Have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
• Ensure... that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:-
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Update Group IT policy as an when necessary.
• Prepare IT annual budget.
• Work closely with ERP team and vendors.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:-
• Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a SA, Network Administrator or similar role in IT helpdesk, desktop, exchange and M365.
• Knowledge with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Exchange Servers and M365 administration to support PC hardware, Windows OS and applications, eg. Office 365.
