About the jobIn this role you will report directly to the Area Manager Italy Center, and your main duties will be the following:Leading own retail Teams and Partners to drive sales as well as brand and retail execution across Swarovski Retail and Independent Retailers by achieving monthly/yearly budgets and targetsBuilding strong relationship with the Partners and their retail teams through regular visits, follow-ups, pathway meetings and feedback loops; building a strong team and ensuring effective communication across all touch pointsTaking ownership for store performances, effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditionsManaging sell-in and sell-out for dedicated Swarovski Retail and Partner storesFacilitating replenishments and ensuring right stock levels to drive sustainable resultsMotivating and coaching whole retail staff to ensure excellent and consistent consumer experienceRecruiting new Partner... developing new business opportunity, in close collaboration with Distribution ManagerAccountable for SR and IR profitability (responsible for credit management and accountable for partner cash flow)Providing feedback to VG Teams via the Area Manager on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideasAbout youWe are looking for a motivated leader, who brings along the following background:3/5 years of work experience in a similar role within retail environmentBusiness development & customer service mindsetSolid understanding of Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Demand Planning and HR on retail store levelStrong communication, leadership and relationship building skillsWillingness to travel within assigned Area up to 80% of working timeFluent Italian and English (written and spoken
