GH-TAMS is seeking candidates for a Health Office Advisor for a six-month assignment with USAID/Zambia. The consultancy will be in country at approximately 130 days. Start date is approximately August 1, 2023.

Background:

USAID seeks to improve the health of Zambians through the achievement of three principal objectives: 1) Preventing Maternal and Child Death; 2) Controlling the HIV/AIDS Epidemic; and 3) Combating Infectious Disease and Pursuing Global Health Security. At more than $300 million in annual financing, Zambia’s health program is one of the Agency’s largest, with many high-profile initiatives such as the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI), Global VAX Initiative, Global Health Security and the TB Accelerator.
