You will be providing support to the Social Service Department providing support services to community-based Buddhist monastics under our care.
• Coordinate and manage the medical kappiya service including escorting the elderly needing assistance from their home to the hospital or polyclinic
• Support casework interventions and carry out basic tasks within the context of interventions identified by social work professionals and under his or her supervision and guidance according
• Support the administrative needs in casework
• Perform accurate documentation (i.e., case recordings, social reports) relating to case work and input in a data storage system in a timely manner.
• Mann the helpline
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the running of outreach events or initiatives by the team
• Support any unique programme needs
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Technical Competencies:
• Polytechnic Diploma in Social Work or WSQ Diploma in Social Service
• At... least 2 years of experience in administrative work particularly in social or health services, but fresh grads are also welcomed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Effective communications skills (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin
