• *Digital Marketing Manager (B2C) – Norwich (hybrid role)**

Mackenzie Jones have partnered with a fantastic B2C brand which has grown massively over the last few years. As a B Corp listed organisation, the business is looking to further expand into new channels and invest more into Digital, Marketing & E-Commerce, they’re also taking Sustainability extremely seriously! The business is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager (focusing on Performance Marketing) to join the growing in-house team.

Key skills required for this Performance Marketing Manager role:
• You have at least 3 years Digital/Performance Marketing experience, for a B2C/Ecommerce organisation.
• Proven experience of being very hands on operationally, as well as managing agencies.
• Proven experience of all areas within Performance Marketing (Paid Search, Programmatic, SEO, Acquisition).
• An understanding of Brand Marketing would be advantageous.
• Agency management experience is crucial.
