Job Summary:

You will be part of the Project Management team and as a Project Manager, you will partner with the line of business leads, stakeholders and key support groups such as Recruitment and Human Resources, Technology, Operations Control Management and Finance & Business Management. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role by leading the various location strategy and internal projects as well as supporting ongoing business needs of the Senior Leadership team.

Job Responsibilities:
• You will manage the business delivery of location strategy and internal projects
• You will monitor, track, and report on simultaneous project deliverables is within agreed timelines
• You will facilitate meetings with Senior Managers and key stakeholders to communicate updates, directional changes and key risks/issues while influencing outcomes and driving resolution
• You will participate and lead, when needed, in strategic business priorities and driven initiatives supporting the Senior... Leadership Team
• You will collaborate with cross-functional working groups to drive progress against initiatives and to accomplish end goals
• You build proactive partnerships with business and functional partner and work to expand support model and other critical projects as needed
• You will lead meetings at all levels of management related to project status, risks, issues, action items, or change control and manage risks/issues project level and escalate as necessary

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 5+ Experience in Project Management or Business Management
• Strong leadership skills, ability to influence outcomes and drive resolution
• Demonstrate ability to articulate business requirements, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to compare complex alternatives and select solutions with organized, analytical and professional working attitude
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours, as required, during critical phases of a project; core business hours would fall under late day to early mid schedule, reporting in Cebu office
