Responsibilities
• Meetings and site visits with clients and contractors and close coordination with our allied design professionals and engineers
• Presentation, design, and construction drawings in a range of media including AutoCAD, Adobe creative suite, SketchUp, and hand renderings. Knowledge of Land F/X, Sketchup, and Lumion are a plus
• Business Development, which may include researching potential projects and developing proposals and project budgets
• Presentations and Meetings with public boards, architectural review boards, planning and zoning boards, city/county commissions, etc.

Qualifications
• Three (3+) or more years of experience, licensure required, bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program. Candidates must have strong graphic skills and proficiency in AutoCAD (LandF/X preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion), and other design software.
