Pay Range: $80,000/yr - $90,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media
• Envision and implement brand specific owned & paid social media strategies to grow followers and engagement across social channels, specifically TikTok and Instagram
• Develop social calendars that drive impact for both core and new product launches that deliver big, engaging ideas, brand aesthetic, reach and buzz both on our platforms, founder platforms and beyond and beyond
• Build engagement strategies for accelerated growth aligned with brand vision, business goals and rising cultural trends and topics
• Conceptualize and lead the creation of compelling content for organic & paid social media channels: Instagram feed, stories, reels & TikTok in app and via video editing apps; continuously look for ways to stand out on social media and jump on new trends
• Constantly monitor, plan and execute to drive virality in social
• Develop owned & paid social media campaigns and ongoing cadence informed by brand strategy, pillars and Brand calendar
• Oversee and issue monthly reports, tracking against KPIs and sharing learnings and optimizations across the business
• Guide community management best practices and ensure timely responses across social channels, specifically TikTok and Instagram
• Identify opportunities to partner with like-minded brands and influencers to expand brand awareness and customer engagement
• Work closely with Founders to align their vision with brand vision and ensure seamless approval process
• Manage external agencies as applicable
• Stay current with social media best practices and new digital technologies

Influencer Marketing
• Create a brand specific influencer marketing strategy, including always-on seeding, launch campaigns, and paid partnerships
• Strategize and develop influencer marketing campaigns to support product launches and drive brand awareness and reach on social media channels
• Constantly monitor, plan and execute to unlock earned support to drive virality in social
• Partner with PR on successful execution of in-person brand events with our team and Founder
• Bring and develop a solid network of influencer talent, agents, and other gatekeepers; maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners, actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships
• Manage UGC creator network for inbound content and briefing for content creation; optimizing for trends and forward planning for seeding product
• Oversee all outreach, onboarding, sampling, gifting, and management of the influencer community; create a unique branded experience for influencers that supports their sustained excitement and engagement
• Manage contracted influencer deliverables and prepare deliver routine reports (including performance data analysis) on relevant influencer metrics
• Monthly and quarterly reporting on Tribe Dynamics data with analytical analysis of EMV, rank and growth set against defined metrics
• Scout for and review potential partnerships with the right influencers for the brand
• Manage external agencies as applicable

• Manage and mentor junior team to support the overall team mission and objectives
• Develop and manage social media and influencer budgets, resources and timelines; optimize resources effectively across content creation and amplification to meet goals

Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 4+ years of experience in social media, social content creation, influencer marketing
• Must be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Embody a viral mindset and be always on the pulse of trending platforms, content, influencers, technology
• Proven history developing and managing strategies and campaigns to grow brand social media audiences and engagement
• Proven history developing and managing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to grow brand community and engagement
• Think big, strategically and scrappy
• Experience managing brand social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
• Experience in beauty is preferred
• Experience using social media analytics tools
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of a brand across various types of content
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
