• You guide and coach the teams to inspire a 'customer first always' approach.
• You ensure the floor teams are set up operationally to deliver the best customer experience which will then maximise sales.

• You will be a key support to remove any tasks that are not adding value to the customer, as well as being flexible in your approach to support on the floors.
• You ensure that stock loss and shrinkage are constantly being driven down and managed appropriately.
• You ensure that our customer data capture is managed appropriately and executed to a high standard.
• You keep up to date with and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• You will ensure that all team documentation is updated and stored in accordance with company procedure and legal requirements. This will also include providing all HR documentation to support the retail leadership team to manage team issues.
• You will control and manage all administrative and back of house operations including cash handling, delivery process/paperwork.
• You will ensure all H&S policies are adhered to and any issues escalated to the Head Office team within the required time frames.
• To support the business some translation needs between English, Spanish & Basque will be required.
• You will work towards Sale Plans and KPI Targets by setting clear objectives and goals for you and teams to drive commercial results with a service focussed approach.
• You will have control of your payroll spending and driving improvements in the stores' pay to sales %.
• You build strong and focussed teams who are confident in achieving customer focussed results, by setting clear objectives and goals.
• You will have an excellent knowledge of the marketplace and competition to support commercial decisions.

You will be driving 'Service & Operations' and 'Commercial & Visual' however you will be able to delegate some responsibilities to Supervisors so that you can develop your team in all aspects of Retail.
• Residence in Bilbao.
• High level of spanish, english and basque.
• Previous experience as an Area Manager.
• Commercial, leadership and analytical skills.
