JOB SUMMARY
• You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day; in his absence you will take on representative tasks
• You will manage the team in close cooperation with the Hotel Manager, as well as recruit and develop your team members
• You are the contact person for internal and external suppliers and keep an eye on inventory and costs, furthermore you are... responsible for monthly reporting
• You enjoy working in a diverse work environment and are flexible to changing work hours such as weekends or during the week
• You are a warm host who gives our guests a unique stay

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• You have professional experience in the hotel industry and could take over first experiences in a management position
• You enjoy leading a young, diverse, motivated team and are an inspiring personality
• You have a keen eye for details and are always looking for improvement opportunities
• You are solution-oriented and convince with your great commitment and entrepreneurial thinking You enjoy working in a multicultural environment
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage
