The People Development Manager will oversee and deliver training for our retail colleagues, focused on operational, leadership and behavioral elements in accordance with company practices and policies.

People Development Manager – Retail

Location: Field Based along with all HO sites (main location London Oxford Street)

Hours: 40 hours per week

What you will be doing:

You'll be responsible for the delivery and training of all Learning and Development initiatives across the group, ensuring the full training cycle is followed.

Delivery of development programmes for Supervisors, New Managers and throughout the Academy Programme.

Liaise with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content to ensure consistency across the L&D team.

What you will have:

We are looking for someone who has experience delivering L&D material within a retail setting

Confidence in delivering workshops and facilitating learning across various groups.

CIPD Level 3 is advantageous.
