MIBL now has an opening in its Fund Administration Department for a: Junior Corporate Secretary M/F (Permanent contract) (Ref: FAD 10/2022) Responsibilities: Assist in organising and attending the meetings of the board of directors/managers of the funds/companiesserviced by the Bank; Assist in organising and attending the meetings of shareholders of the funds/ companies serviced by the Bank; Drafting the minutes of the meetings as well as any required circular resolutions; Ensuring that all directors/managers and shareholders are appropriately informed before... during and after the respective meetings and all legal requirements are met, including deposits with the Luxembourg trade register; Cooperate with other members of the department in their respective fields of activity; Closely work with the Transfer Agency and Fund Administration teams in order to meet all legal requirements. Your profile: Academic degree in Law Studies; Knowledge of Luxembourg Corporate Law and Investment Funds Laws and Regulations; Strong organizational and writing/drafting skills; Good communication and team-working skills; Proactive and problem-solving attitude; Good command of MS Office suite; Fluency in English, any other language such as German, French or Japanese would be an asset.
