Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, produce and maintain accurate and complete reporting/analysis supporting all global regions:

Management Information
• Produce comprehensive financial and commercial... information in a timely manner
• Producing detailed monthly management accounts report and commentary
• Prepare all analysis required together with comparatives to budgets / forecasts
• Produce KPI reporting to asses pan-regional performance
• Perform key co-ordination role for pan-regional activities and initiatives
• Provide information to support third party reporting requirements

Budgets & Forecasts
• Work with other members of the finance team and internal business partners to ensure accurate project budgets and forecasts are produced and maintained at all levels of the portfolio

Statutory Accounts and Audit
• Support with preparation of year end statutory accounts for multiple entities
• Liaise with the external auditors as required

General day to day activity
• Take a hands-on approach where required, processing entries for all ledgers as necessary
• Take ownership and pride in the accuracy, quality and timeliness of financial information
• Preparation of monthly accounts reporting in line with agreed deadlines
• Liaising with other members of the wider finance team
• Assisting with ongoing change management initiatives

Experience
• 2-3 years of experience ideally with renewable energy or project infrastructure experience
• Ability to produce management accounts and analysis
• Experience of Project Finance, Renewable Energy project accounting desirable
• Experience of an accounting and reporting system desirable
• Experience of SAP S/4HANA
• Set high standards of performance for yourself and the broader finance team
• Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
• Demonstrate excellent MS Excel skills
• Positive can-do attitude, ability to maintain a positive attitude in demanding situations
• Work effectively as part of a team, share information with relevant parties
• Willingness to take on a variety of duties as required
