• Responsible for planning market and product development: researching buying and selling markets, shopping trends, behavior, and trending trends in the e-commerce industry.
• Responsible for implementing the set plan: creating product ideas with the team and related departments to achieve sales targets.
• Directly manage, train, guide, and periodically evaluate personnel in the team.
• Other development-oriented jobs from the CEO.

II. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry. For Manager has 02 years of experience in the position of Head of the Marketing Department, managing 20 people or more.
• At least 01 year of experience in MKT tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Adword,. can independently run advertising campaigns on Facebook, and Google.
• Enthusiastic, open-minded, proactive.
• Good level of English.
• Priority is given to those who love, understand, and regularly follow American and European... cultural trends and events.
