Responsibilities

The Lead Radiology Results Representative assists in supervising the file room function including daily activities and distribution of work. The Lead monitors the productivity and performance of the personnel assigned to the area, ensuring high levels of customer service and completion of all required tasks. The Lead ensures accurate tracking of films to all locations and the timely arrival of previous films to all modalities and locations to include Meridian Mark, Breast Care Center, 980 Doctors Center, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Interchange, Northside Forsyth, Northside Cherokee, Townelake, Riverstone, and Screen Atlanta.
Qualifications

REQUIRED 1. High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years supervisory or equivalent experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. 2. Ability to organize and prioritize work. 3. Excellent communication/ customer service skills. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to type 30 words per minute. 6. Previous experience using computer applications. 7. Must be able to function independently. 8. Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a logical manner. 9. Demonstrated problem solving skills. 10. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of medical terminology PREFERRED 1. Prior clerical experience preferably in radiology or other hospital/medical office environment 2. Bachelor's degree
